Training movement must be prioritized daily if pain and decreased mobility are present.

Standing chest to shoulder stretch – stretch for 30-60 sec each time per arm.

Standing minor chest to shoulder stretch – stretch for 30-60 sec each time per arm.

Shoulder abduction stretch – stretch for 30-60 sec each time per arm.

Neck to shoulder stretch – stretch for 30-60 sec each time per arm.

Shoulder circles on stomach – Do the exercise to the best of your ability, as much the injury allows.

Lying arm movement with foot support – Do the exercise to the best of your ability, as much the injury allows.

Chest and shoulder mobilization – do the exercise with as great a range of motion as possible, depending on strength and pain limit. Do the exercise to the best of your ability, as much the injury allows.

Shoulder rotation mobilization- attempt to gather the hands at the back, or as close to each other as possible, depending on strength and pain limit. Do the exercise to the best of your ability, as much the injury allows.

Back and shoulder mobilization sweep – try to keep the elbow and hand on the floor for the entire sweeping movement. Do the exercise to the best of your ability, as much the injury allows.

Back and shoulder mobilization – try to press the hands away from the body using the shoulders. Do the exercise to the best of your ability, as much the injury allows.
